After many years in the industry we have noticed a lack of information given in the city and too many misguided tourists who don't have a full understanding of what it is they are looking at. Together with other experienced Professional Guides and Tour Operators, Roman Candle Tours was created to give every visitor to Italy a chance to expand their knowledge making their experience so much more fulfilling and likely to make them go home with good reports and a smile on their face.

We work with some of the best guides in the business. Roman Candle Tour Guides all speak perfect English and are experienced, professional, enthusiastic, entertaining and of course, all have a passion for the art, history and culture of Italy. Our international team is able to meet the desires of our clientele while providing a truly authentic experience that cannot be matched by others in the industry.

• We are not shepherds! We do NOT heard mass groups of tourists around the city. Our Semi Private tours in Rome allow a Max of 10 people in each group giving everyone the chance to interact with the guide, making every tour an intimate and fulfilling experience. • We are not robots! Believe it or not, there is a human behind every response email! You are looking for an experience that is personal and informative, shouldn't your reservation and booking procedure be the same?
  
  

Whether it's a Tour of the Vatican or a Gondola ride through Venice.... one thing's for sure; All of our English speaking tour guides in Italy are great sources of local knowledge to have around. Whether you are interested in a fountain or the restaurants surrounding it, we are the ones who are able to keep you well informed.

At Roman Candle Tours we believe that you get what you pay for. However, although receiving a first class service does not mean you should be overpaying for these services. Too many travelers to Italy experience tourist traps, unforeseen last minute charges and extortionate costs. All of these things do not help the reputation of our country and they are only likely to leave you with a bitter experience. Our goal is to make you fall in love with Italy hoping that you will return and experience more of what this country has to offer. 

Our prices are honest, complete and competitive. When booking a tour with us we make sure that you have all of the information in advance ensuring that you do not have any surprises when you arrive.

Our Large Group Tour costs are designed to accommodate groups of all sizes with any budget. Student groups for example always receive special rates. We know that studies can be costly, and educating the young is most important to all of our futures. We also do our best to work out special deals with sites, hotels, restaurants and coach bus services ensuring that you are never overpaying.

With all of this being said, we really want your time in Italy to be fulfilling and rewarding, and we will do our best to make this happen at honest costs. 

We request that you kindly read this Charter concerning the respect for privacy and personal data protection (hereinafter called "the Charter"), so that you are aware of the use that is made of the personal information you provide when registering and/or using our services.

Roman Candle Tours reserves the right to alter this Charter and we therefore ask you to refer to it on a regular basis.

THE CHARTER'S FIELD OF APPLICATION 
The Charter applies to all data received when a customer registers a product/event on Roman Candle Tours and/or when placing an order. 

THE RANGE OF INFORMATION REQUESTED 
When you register and/or place an order, Roman Candle Tours requests certain information, such as your name, your e-mail address and other personal details. The more detailed and complete the information provided, the better Roman Candle Tours will be able to respond to your requirements. Once you have registered, you are no longer an anonymous customer to Roman Candle Tours : you will be entitled to a variety of services offered by Roman Candle Tours  such as telephone support. In the event of a problem, if you contact Roman Candle Tours we retain a copy of the relevant correspondence. Each time any personal information is collected, Roman Candle Tours endeavours to include a link to the relevant page of this Charter. 

THE USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 
Roman Candle Tours main aim in collecting personal information is to offer you easy access to our telephone support service, privileged access to Roman Candle Tours services and for you to receive gifts chosen by Roman Candle Tours to thank you for registering. Only Roman Candle Tours and its subcontractors have access to the data that you provide when you register and/or place an order. Eg. Tour Guide.
If, when registering, you indicated that you would like to receive offers or information from Roman Candle Tours, we will, from time to time send you information via e-mail on the products and services relevant to you.
If you do not wish to receive these messages, you simply need to advise us when providing us with your personal information. You may also, at any time, simply amend your account information with Roman Candle Tours so as not to receive any further offers or mailshots. Roman Candle Tours does not sell or disclose any information provided by its users to any other party. We advise you at the time of collecting or transferring data if your personal information is liable to be disclosed to a third party and you reserve the right to forbid the transmission of this information. THE RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION 
With the exception of any processing for historical, statistical or scientific purposes, your personal data shall not be retained in its nominal form for any longer than the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was requested.
