Our expert guide will navigate you through the maze of the Vatican Museum journeying through two millennia of artistic works, religion, and architecture. Visiting the largest art collection in the world we will see the fascinating Gallery of Maps, the old Papal apartments, Rooms of Raphael, numerous papal commissioned and 'borrowed' statues and works of art. Experience the center of Ancient Roman life on this tour which includes three of the most important sites in Roman history. Starting with the Colosseum (Flavian Amphitheatre) and passing through the Roman Forum taking in Caesar's tomb, the temple of the Vestal Vergins, the ancient Senate, Arch of Constantine, and the Temple of Romulus. Finally we visit the Palatine Hill which overlooks the ancient ruins of the Forum and Circo Massimo.

The Accademia Gallery hosts some of the most significant works of Florence's meteoric rise as the birthplace of the Renaissance. Its collection includes an astonishing array of works by the Renaissance's leading thinkers, including Michelangleo's original David. After visiting the gallery we will take a tour of Florence visiting the main monuments in the city center such as il Duomo; Florence's Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria, Loggia dei Lanzi with its outdoor gallery, and Ponte Vecchio.

Emperor Hadrian's Imperial Palace (Hadrian's Villa) is a vast archaeological complex situated in Lower Tivoli to the east of Rome and considered one of the most important in Italy. More of a small town than a palace, its attractions include the Naval Theater, Library, Canopus, and Nymphaeum. The gardens of Villa d'Este are considered to be one of the most complete works of the Renaissance and a peerless example of an Italian garden. Its fountains are also some of the most spectacular in Rome.
